You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your Bloomix products. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
